1.11 DECLARATION
Any Supplier submitting a request for e-registration shall, as a compulsory requirement and as part of the e-registration process, be required to provide a declaration and acknowledgement in the following manner:
1.11.1 We hereby declare and undertake that all the information/documents we have provided are accurate and we have full legal responsibility for the same and we confirm that we indemnify and hold TAQA and TAQA T&D group of Companies harmless against any claim or liability arising from the acceptance or use of such information/documentation whatever the source of such claim or liability.
1.11.2 We authorize TAQA and TAQA T&D group of Companies to verify and confirm such information/documents in any manner deemed necessary.
1.11.3 We authorize TAQA and TAQA T&D group of Companies to share the information contained in the Commercial Directory relating to us with other government entities or other TAQA group of Companies.
1.11.4 We acknowledge that submission of this application does not give us any right whatsoever to be invited to tender for any work of TAQA and/or TAQA T&D group of Companies.
1.11.5 We undertake to inform TAQA and the Companies Registration Section ADDC of any changes to the information we provided and will periodically update/confirm (at least yearly) our information..
1.11.6 We hereby declare that our owners, sub-owners and/or agents are not employees, directors, officers and/or members of TAQA or TAQA T&D group of Companies‟ and no employee, director, officer and/or member of TAQA or TAQA T&D group of Companies is deriving a personal benefit from us and we shall inform TAQA of any changes in our ownership, sub-ownership and/or agency agreements.
1.11.7 We acknowledge that the company provide Health Insurance for all the Employees.
1.11.8 We acknowledge that the company provide suitable Accommodation for the Employees in Abu Dhabi emirate.
1.11.9 We acknowledge that the company provide Valid Employees' Residency as per the current legalizations.
1.11.10 We hereby declare that we apply the rules and regulations of the Federal Labor Law.
1.11.11 We hereby declare that we apply the Wages Protection System (WPS sheet) that is followed in Ministry of Labor.
